Refund policy

Danda is a fixed-scope deliverable. Our refund policy reflects the work performed at the time of cancellation:

• Before the audit starts (intake form not submitted): 100% refund.
• While the audit is in progress (intake submitted, audit running): 50% refund. Half the price covers the work already performed by the analysis pipeline; the other half is refunded.
• After the signed artifact is delivered: no refund. The deliverable has been issued.

Retainers ($500–$750/quarter) bill in advance and run for the full quarter. If you cancel mid-quarter:

• If the quarterly re-audit has not yet started: full refund of the current quarter.
• If the re-audit is in progress: 50% refund of the current quarter.
• If the re-audit is delivered: no refund of the current quarter; future quarters cancelled.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to any artifact already delivered.

White-glove includes a Pro audit plus a 2-hour Zoom session and pre-prep for your auditor. Refund tiers:

• Before any work begins: 100% refund.
• Pro audit started but Zoom session not yet held: 50% refund.
• Zoom session held: 25% refund (only the auditor-prep deliverable component).
• Full deliverable issued: no refund.

Email hello@danda.sh with your Stripe session reference (the cs_live_… identifier from your confirmation email). We process refunds within 3 business days; the actual return to your card depends on Stripe and your bank (typically 5–10 business days).

If you believe the deliverable did not match what was promised, email hello@danda.sh within 30 days of delivery. We will review the specific finding(s) you dispute and either correct the artifact or issue a partial refund proportional to the disputed scope.
